Fees 2026
The duration of a hypnotherapy session will be dependent on the individual treatment plan, which I discuss with a client during the initial assessment. Most sessions are booked for either 60, 75 or 90 minutes. The fee charged for a session booked will also cover: the time spent to prepare for a session; the making of any specialised track/CD; and any support/advice given in between sessions when necessary.
Rates for adults and young people aged 16+:
1 hour: £80
1.25 hours: £90
1.5 hours: £100
Sessional rate for children UNDER 16: £75 (40 minutes to an hour – dependent on age)
Smoking Cessation: £160 (2 hour session)
Past Life Regression (for interest only): £80 for an individual session. This fee will be reduced if a group of people are interested in booking a home visit for a half/full day. Please contact me for a costing.
Relaxation Sessions: can be arranged on request in the Sheffield and Leeds practice locations for 2 people (minimum number), trios or small groups – £40 per person. Sessions can also be arranged in a workplace for small groups of people (minimum 4 people). Please contact me for a costing to meet your requirements.
Work On Your Wellbeing: i) Transformation Package: £450 includes introductory session (1.5 hours) followed by 5 monthly sessions (1 hour each) ii) One-Off Introductory Session: £100 (1.5 hours).
Pregnancy and Birthing: individual/couple/surrogate and intended parents sessions: 1 hour – £80; 1.25 hours – £90; 1.5 hours – £100.
Group Classes (1.5 to 2 hours x 4 sessions) – individual mum £70 per session (total £280); mum and a birthing partner £80 per session (total £320); surrogate and intended parents £90 per session (total £360). Full payment is due before a group starts; instalments can be arranged.
Hypnotherapy in Schools Programme (HISP) and Exam Anxiety Groups: regarding fees for individual and group packages please contact me for a detailed costing for your particular school/college.
Specialist Groups: are also run on demand for i) Dealing with Different Types of Losses ii) Working Through Regrets. Fees are dependent on the size of a group.
Please note: some Health Insurance providers now include hypnotherapy in their schemes; so it is worth checking if you have such a policy.
Gift vouchers: can be purchased for relaxation sessions; past life regression (interest only not for therapy) sessions; and smoking cessation. For group relaxation sessions each participant is sent an individual gift voucher.
Deposit
A £25 deposit is required before the first session begins. This is usually taken at the time of booking in order to cover any ‘no shows’. Normally the deposit will be used as part payment for the last session.
Payment
For face-to-face sessions payment must be made either:
- in advance of the session by making a Faster Payment online; or
- at the beginning of the session using cash, cheque, debit or credit card. If using a credit card there will be a £1.50 service charge.
For online sessions full payment must be received before the session takes place.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel an appointment. Cancellations can be made by telephone, text or e-mail. If a client does not cancel within this timescale the full fee is due for payment immediately.
